Contract Specifics – Casa Condesa

The minimum rental agreement length is 5 months from January 1st to May 31st (or from January 1st to June 30th) and from August 1st to December 31st.

The rental agreement has to be signed in the week after receiving it.

The first month of rent must be paid no later than the 15/07/24. The last month of rent has to be paid at your arrival at the house. For the remaining months, the rents are paid every 1st of the month in cash to a Conexion member.

The security deposit must be paid before the 15/06/24 ($4,000 pesos MXN). At the end of your stay you will get back the deposit, as long as you pay the minimum 5 months of contract. To get back your security deposit you have to give back your room cleaned and in the same conditions as you received it after paying the 5 months of rent.
