How to book a room?
To book a room is necessary to pay the BOOKING & MOVE-IN SERVICE ($3,000.00 MXN).
This fee includes:
- Booking of the room.
- Welcome kit (Tee-shirt, Tote bag, Sweater, Thermo and Cap).
- Transportation from the airport to your new home.
- Sheets and pillows for the bed.
- 10% of discount on some Conexion trips.
- Welcome pool party with food and drinks (Guadalajara)
- Xochimilco Trajineras with open bar (CDMX)
- $1600 pesos discount on Conexion passes

Cancellations
You can cancel your booking within the first 5 days.
Cancellations
We understand that choosing a room in a new country can be a difficult choice to make. And we know that there can be special circumstances that could change your plans before coming into your new house. These next points, explain the process for any cancellations and the costs it implies.
1.-Cancellations within the first 5 days after you made your reservation payment.
During this 5-days period you can contact us and ask for a cancellation, we will analyze your case and the full amount may be refund.
2.-Cancellations after the first 5 days after you made your reservation payment.
If you decide to cancel your room after the first 5 days of your reservation, the payment of the reservation fee is not refundable.
3.-Cancellations after your arrival.
If you decide to cancel your booking after you have signed your contrat or after you have moved into your room, you are tied to the terms of the agreement on which you decided to participate. This means that the payment of the reservation fee, the security deposit and the first and last month of the rent are not refundable.

The minimum rental agreement length is 5 months from January 1st to May 31st and from August 1st to December 31st.

The minimum rental agreement length is 5 months from January 1st to May 31st (or from January 1st to June 30th) and from August 1st to December 31st. You can arrive at the house from July 25th without any extra cost.
The rental agreement has to be signed in the seven days after your booking.
The first month of rent must be paid the day of your arrival at the house. The last month of rent must be paid before, or during the first 5 days after your arrival in Mexico. If you arrive after the 15/08/25 the first month of rent must be paid the 01/08/25.
The security deposit must be paid in the 7 days after your booking ($5,000 pesos MXN). At the end of your stay you will get back the deposit to the same account, as long as you pay the minimum 5 months of contract. To get back your security deposit you have to give back your room cleaned and in the same conditions as you received it after paying 5 months of rent.

FAQS
What is the security deposit used for?
The security deposit of $5,000.00 pesos MXN (different than the reservation fee) is refundable as long as the house and your room are in the same condition as they were given to you by the end of your stay. Any damage to the property will be deducted from this deposit.
How do I pay the rent?
It has to be paid by cash to the Housing Conexion Manager.
When do I pay the rent?
The monthly rent has to be paid on the first day of each month in cash.
What is not included?
The rent doesnt include the cleaning service of the rooms or any extra cleaning service, towels or any other items for personal use.
What is the Booking & Move-in Service?
The Booking & Move-in Service of $3,000.00 pesos MXN is different than the security deposit and includes: booking of the room, a welcome kit, pick-up service from the airport to your new home, sheets and pillows for the bed, 10% off some Conexion trips, Welcome pool party (GDL) or Xochimilco trajineras (CDMX) and $1,600 pesos discount on Conexion passes.
