With only 12 fully furnished rooms, it offers a more intimate and authentic living experience for exchange students looking to immerse themselves in the city's culture. What's the booking and move-in service?
Booking & Move-in Service
The Booking & Move-in Service is a required one-time payment of $3,000 that confirms your room.
It includes:
- Room reservation: We secure your selected room and prepare your booking.
- Welcome kit: Includes a T-shirt, tote bag, sweater, thermo/cup and cap or bucket hat, depending on availability.
- Airport pickup: Transportation from the airport to your new home.
- Trips and Community Pass discounts: Get up to 15% off selected trips and $500 pesos for the pass.
- Welcome event: In Guadalajara, welcome pool party with food and drinks. In CDMX, Xochimilco trajineras with open bar.

Contract Specifications
The minimum rental agreement is 5 months, based on the semester period:
- January 1st to May 31st or to June 30th.
- August 1st to December 31st.
For the August semester, you may arrive at the house from July 25th without any extra rent cost.
The rental agreement must be signed within 7 days after your booking.
The first and last month of rent must be paid online before you arrive to the house or with cash the day of your arrival.
If you arrive after the 15th of the month, the first month of rent may be required before the 1st of the month.
The security deposit is $5,000 MXN and must be paid within 7 days after your booking.
Between 15 and 21 days after the end of your stay, the deposit may be refunded to the same payment method, as long as:
- You complete the minimum rental period
- All rent payments are complete
- The room is returned clean
- The room is returned in the same condition as received
Cancellations
Cancellations
We understand that moving to a new country is a big decision and plans can change. These are the cancellation conditions for your booking.
1. Cancellation within the first 5 days after payment
If you request a cancellation within the first 5 days after paying the Booking & Move-in Service, you can contact us and we will review your case.
Depending on the situation, the amount may be refunded.
2. Cancellation after the first 5 days
After the first 5 days, the Booking & Move-in Service is non-refundable, because your room has already been reserved and your arrival process has started.
3. Cancellation after signing the contract or moving in
If you cancel after signing the rental agreement or after moving into the room, the cancellation will follow the terms of your rental agreement.
This may include the loss of the Booking & Move-in Service, rent payments, and security deposit.
